Design & brand systems
Identity built as a system a team can actually run, not a logo and a hope.
- Disciplines
- Stages
- Duration
Most brand work fails after the handover.
The identity is beautiful in the presentation and unrecognisable eight months later, because nobody wrote down how it behaves when a headline runs to three lines or a campaign needs a colour that was never specified.
We build identity as a system: the rules, the tokens, the specimen sheets and the worked examples that let someone who was not in the room produce work that still looks like you.
What is in scope
- Brand identity systems
- Marketing collaterals and campaign creatives
- Visual storytelling and digital branding
- Print and digital design systems
The order the work runs in
Stages, not a schedule. We do not publish durations we have not agreed with you — the sequence is fixed, the length depends on what we find in scoping.

What you have at the end
- Logo and mark, in the formats and lockups you will actually need
- Type scale and colour tokens, documented with contrast ratios
- Written guidelines covering behaviour, not just appearance
- Templates for the formats you produce repeatedly
- Editable source files, handed over without conditions
What we need from you before we start
An honest account of who decides. Identity work dies in committees that appear at the review stage. If there is a founder, a board member and an investor whose opinion will ultimately matter, we would rather meet all three in week one than discover the third in the final round.
And a list of everything currently carrying the old identity: the app, the deck, the invoice template, the office signage, the app store listing. The rollout is usually larger than anyone remembers.
